「Kaki (persimmon) cake」
Masaoka Shiki, a Japanese famous haiku poet wrote a well known haiku “Taking a bite of Kaki, suddenly the bell of Horyuji ringing”. This is a Japanese pound cake that uses dried Kaki from Nara.

Service
A whole persimmon cake for take-out only. The center of the cake is filled with 100% persimmon jam. Rich dried persimmons from Yoshino in the cake resemble seeds. A real persimmon hull is put on top of this cute cake. No preservatives or coloring agents are used. The cake is good for a month at room temperature before opening the vacuum-sealed packaging. Enjoy a cake set at the shop as well.
