「Kaki (persimmon) cake」
Mr. shiki Masaoka , a Japanese famous haiku poet wrote a well known haiku “Taking a bite of Kaki, suddenly the bell of Horyuji ringing”. This is a Japanese pound cake that uses dried Kaki from Nara.
