Setting Up of One-Stop Consultation Desk for Evacuees from Ukraine
Nara Prefecture set up a One-Stop Consultation Desk in the Nara Prefecture International Citizens Support Center to give consultations for those who have evacuated from Ukraine to facilitate their smooth transition to life in Japan/Nara.
The One-Stop Consultation Desk provides information about life in general for evacuees from Ukraine, including housing, education, and employment.
※ This service is for people who fled the war in Ukraine, their family members, or those who are 
    involved in assisting them.

   Information/advice on life in general for people who evacuated from Ukraine. (Consultation is 
   free of charge)

   Japanese, English, Ukrainian, and Russian
   ※Reservation is needed for consultations in Ukrainian or Russian.

   In-person, by telephone or online (Zoom or Skype)
   ※For the time being, consultations in Ukrainian or Russian are available only in-person or on the 
      phone.
